Every once in a while you hear a song you can immediately tell is going to be a big hit. One of these is Must Be Love, the latest track from the highly acclaimed JA-13 production team, also responsible for producing for Bounty Killer and Tubby T. This time around JA-13 has teamed up with former Urban Street Soul Orchestra Soul front man Don Ricardo for a fresh sound that is bound to make a big impact on this summer's club scene.
Written by JA-13's Richard Drury and Don Ricardo the Classic mix is a unique combination of pop, disco and reggae, contrasting Don's smooth vocals with itıs irresistible driving beat and ultra funky guitar. The vibe fits perfectly into this summer's trend of pop and disco with the reggae touch giving it a very special and unique flavour.
With the single come several high profile remixes by the likes of So Solid's Mr.Shabz and Suncycle. Must Be Love looks set to follow in last summer's successful JA-13 project, the highly praised Heroes of Kingston album which featured legends from Jamaica's reggae and rocksteady era and topped reggae charts across Europe. Must Be Love will be released on Jamdown UK through Pinnacle.
